Monaco (Principality of Monaco) 22 January 2026 – Infront Moto Racing would like to announce an update regarding Round 3 of the 2026 FIM Snowcross World Championship, originally scheduled to take place on 28 February – 1 March 2026 in Fällfors, Sweden.
The SNX of Sweden has been cancelled and will no longer feature on the 2026 FIM Snowcross World Championship calendar. Furthermore, the second Turkish SNX Round, initially set to take place in Erzincan, on 3-4 February will now also be held in Rize, creating a spectacular back-to-back event in the vibrant Turkish region. The decision to relocate the Erzincan event was taken due to insufficient snow conditions, following extensive efforts to identify the best possible solution.
Located in the northeastern part of Türkiye along the Black Sea coast, Rize will host the event in the Handüzü Yaylası (Handüzü Plateau) which is a Nature Preserve Location, renowned for its breathtaking landscapes, high-altitude terrain and natural beauty; providing a truly unique setting for Snowcross racing.
Infront Moto Racing, together with the FIM, would like to thank the Fällfors club for their efforts and collaboration during the planning process and looks forward to future opportunities to work together. Infront Moto Racing would like to also thank the Turkish organisers for their commitment, flexibility and hard work in finding an alternative solution following the challenges faced in Erzincan.
The 2026 FIM Snowcross World Championship calendar will start as scheduled on 31 January – 1 February in Türkiye, kicking off the season with a back to back in Rize.
